I got the 1.5 L hydrogen machine and after using 3 hrs daily for 2 wks, I noticed the following benefits: (1) It helped my heart problem (high resting heart rate). Previously, when I climb a few flights of steep stairs I will feel out of breath. But after using the H2 machine, I don't feel winded. (2) Relieves my knee and shoulder aches consistently. I came to know Mr.Su via TikTok.
After watching so many video Mr.Su post videos.
I decided to try out H2 therapy on 15 April 24. I try our 1 hrs session on H2 , and amazingly I slept thru the whole night. Even I woke up for pee , I managed to slept thru morning .
