Hello everyone! On this lovely morning, I received some disheartening news. A friend of mine, who was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer two months ago, was told by his doctor that he has only 20 days left to live.
Before starting chemotherapy two weeks ago, he maintained his daily life, enjoying simple activities like eating, sleeping, and joking around. However, his condition took a turn for the worse after the fifth dose of chemotherapy.
His body couldn't cope, and the cancer spread throughout. The doctors announced that there were no further treatments available, and he's too weak to continue chemotherapy. Now living alone, he will soon need to move into a hospice.
Despite giving my friend just 20 days to live, his doctor suggested trying an even stronger dose of chemotherapy. Can you imagine being in this situation, or having a friend in a similar predicament? What would you do in such a scenario? I'd love to hear your thoughts and advice, so please feel free to leave a comment below. Take care and have a great day!
