We can do the Oxyhydrogen Therapy any time of the day. You can do it while reading, watching TV, or working on a computer. We would recommend not eating too full just before the therapy. Go and have a 15 mins walk before proceeding to the therapy.

For general health maintenance, 1 ~2 hr daily would be sufficient. Eg. maintaining metabolic syndromes such as diabetes, cholesterol, and hypertension.

For a moderate case, up to 6 hours per day, repeat till the situation improves. For example, before chemotherapy, radiotherapy, mild rheumatoid arthritis attack, and CKD Stage 4.

For a very severe case, at least 6 hours or more per day, repeat daily till the situation improves. For example after chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and a severe lupus attack.
