I have chronic migraine and was taking Caffox for many many years. Usually, I will take Caffox only when I got the migraine attack (i.e once a day and the most twice a week). However, sometime in Feb 2025, I was taking Caffox so often (almost every day) that I got gastric for days and had to see the doctor.
I chanced upon Bro Soo's (The H2 Therapy @ Novena Square) posts in TikTok and I decided to give H2 Therapy a try to see if it can help in my chronic migraine.
I went for the free trial on 28 March 2025 and after subsequent sessions (twice a week) for a month my migraine has improved significantly and I have not taken any Caffox since then.
I am very happy with the H2 Therapy and more importantly Bro Soo takes the effort to understand the customer's health issues. The staff at the centre are also very helpful and friendly.

Went for the trial session on Thursday and attended the 3rd session yesterday (Sunday).
i had been having interrupted sleep for quite many months and getting up once or twice in the early hours to empty my bladder.
After the trial session, i was astonished to
realise that i was able to have a 7-hr continuous sleep. Needless to say, it was the same result since Thursday.
i am thankful to Bro Su and his staff for this treatment and for showing care and concern.

Before this therapy im having some numbness and poking on my foot and i usually will woke up a few times at night to go toilet for urination but after the 1st 1 hour session i had a wonderful sleep and only woke up once for urination and my numbness and poking on my foot lessen and after a few session im having the best sleep after so many years, i really recommend everyone to come down and have this experience which im having and feel the sensation of this therapy ,
